Beklentilerimin çok üstündeydi; kendi seviyesini çoktan aşmış, üst segment otellerle yarışıyorlar. İzmir’i santim santim bilen biri olarak söylüyorum: Boşuna başka otel aramayın; 300-500 TL daha ucuza yer bulsanız bile kalite ve konfor olarak fazlasıyla geri çıkar. Odalar ve yataklar üst klasman, ekip ise çalışan gibi değil sanki arkadaşınız gibi; her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Girişte güler yüzüyle karşılayan Ergin Bey’e ayrıca çok teşekkür ederim; bir soru ya da sorun olduğunda hemen ilgileniyor. Lobide 24 saat çay-kahve büyük bir artı, kahvaltı ise kusursuzun da ötesinde. Ayrıca 4-5 otel gezdim, hepsi klima ile ısınıyordu; sadece burada doğalgaz ısıtma var (klima da var) ve geceleri sessiz, rahat uyuyorsunuz. Kısacası gerçek 5 yıldız burası; tüm ekibe teşekkürler.

Genel olarak yorum yazmam; ancak oteldeki personelin ilgisi nedeniyle paylaşmak istedim. Müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutan bir işletme. 24 saat ücretsiz çay ve kahve hizmeti bulunuyor. Kahvaltısı özellikle çok zengin, çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Konumu sayesinde her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Personel son derece güler yüzlüydü, odalar tertemizdi. İzmir’e her gelişimde tercih edebileceğim bir yer. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Rezervasyondan odaya geçişin hızlı ve sıcak olması anında güven verdi; resepsiyondaki güler yüz ve ilgi gerçekten içtendi. Kahvaltıda peynirden bal peteğine, zeytin çeşitlerinden mis kokulu taze demlenmiş çaya kadar A’dan Z’ye zengin bir sunumla karşılaştım. Özellikle iç bahçeye bakan alanda baristanın hazırladığı filtre kahveyi sabahları keyifle yudumlamak ayrı bir güzellikti. Odam kompakt ama çok iyi temizlenmişti; toprak tonlarındaki dekor ferah bir his veriyordu. Sadece klima biraz eskiydi ve yatağa doğru soğuk hava üflediği için ayarını yapmakta biraz uğraştım; bu küçük teknik detay dışında konaklamam oldukça dinlendiriciydi. Vale hizmeti sayesinde park sorununu hiç düşünmedim.
